Ultra400 ADVANTAGE
- Ultra400 comes in metallic sleek shaft or can be installed in a masonry shaft with easy operations and maintenance.
- In this option, you have to provide a three-side cover with RCC/brick or metal fabrication and we provide you with the cabin/doors and the mechanisms.
- This option is ideal in case you have an existing shaft or if the elevator will be positioned next to a wall/corner where a glass or transparent shaft may not be required.
- For outdoor installation, the landing doors are customized for harsh weather conditions.
- In this option, we have flexible entrance options with single, opposite, or adjacent doors (not on the same floor).
- Total number of travel stops covered is 6 (G+5).
Working of Brushless Electric Motor Home Lifts
- When you enter the elevator cab and push the button, strong steel belts ropes.
- These belts roll over the sheave, which has built-in grooves. These grooves allow the sheave to maintain a tight grip on the cables.
- The car and counterweight balance one another, allowing the weight to teeter when activated. This counterbalanced system allows the cab to move in the chosen direction.

- Appreciated for their smooth ride quality and ability to travel at high speeds, traction elevators are typically used in buildings with over 50 feet of travel.
- Because traction elevators use a counterweight to offset the weight of the cab and occupants, the motor doesn’t have to move as much weight. This makes traction elevators more energy efficient than other elevators in higher-rise, heavy-use applications.
Uncompromised Safety - Engineered With Care

- All our home lifts certified by Quality Research Organization, where Ultra400 goes under extensive safety trials and tests in the factory for raising the safety standards in the home lift industry.
- In case of a power failure, a battery-operated ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) shall automatically move the stalled lift to the nearest floor, open the doors, thereby facilitating the rescue of the stranded passengers in the lift.
- High grade brakes help all our elevators in use are equipped with an electromechanical friction brake which helps to stop the elevator carriage with up to 125% of rated load traveling at its rated speed.
- The braking system of elevators is not just required to stop the carriage at desired floors but must also operate automatically if there is a power outage or loss of power supply to control circuits.
- If for any reason the car starts moving very fast or beyond the desired speed, no matter in which direction, excessive speed sensor equipment ensures that power to the motor is cut off when the speed of the car crosses 0.4 m/s.
- Automatic control method of operation is applied for a momentary pressure on a push button to set the car in motion and cause it to stop automatically at any required lift landing. This is the simplest control system and it is sometimes referred to as push button control.
- All our home lifts undergo excessive passenger loads and overload tests which are detrimental to the normal running efficiency and safety of the lift. During the test, as a safeguard to cover variable supply and temperature conditions, a lift is checked for the car to complete one round trip with contract load plus 10 percent at nominal supply voltage and nominal ambient temperature.
- There is also a static test with contract load plus 25 percent to check that the brake will sustain the car. With an Overload Prevention Device, the lift car shall not start when the lift car is overloaded. The lift operation shall resume only upon removal of the overload.
- Ultra400 doesn’t require lubrication or oiling, thus eliminating the risk of oil contamination and potential fire risks. The levelling accuracy lever facility automatically adjusts the lift car position to be level with the landing when the lift car moves up and down slightly with people boarding and leaving the lift car.
- An option is available to the purchasers of ordering the hall buttons and car operating panel lower than normal so as to make the lift wheelchair user-friendly.
- Precaution Against Free Fall to prevent the lift car (and counterweight when accessible spaces exist below the pit) from free fall, emergency stop equipment shall be provided which can automatically come into action. The equipment shall also control the falling of the lift when the steel belt rope loosens (slack belt rope safety) when applicable.
- The home lift is provided either with an emergency signal called an alarm that is operative from the lift car and audible outside the lift well and with a telephone.
