Ultra300 – Oldest Technology Transformation Into New Era Living

With launch of Ultra300 helped to transform old technology in new way making it proudly most versatile and flexible home elevator to the Indian elevator market. Ultra300 ADVANTAGE

  • Best appreciated advantage is that Ultra300 can be installed in small and tight home spaces making every home a luxury living.
  • Ultra300 comes in metallic shaft or can be installed in a masonry shaft with easy operations and maintenance.
  • In this option, we have flexible entrance options with single, opposite, adjacent doors (not on the same floor).
  • This option is ideal in case you have an existing shaft or if the elevator will be positioned next to a wall/corner where a glass or transparent shaft may not be required.
  • For outdoor installation, the landing doors are customized for harsh weather conditions.
  • Our home lifts operate on a single-phase power supply and consume no power while descending.
  • In fact, the Ultra300 consumes the same power as a half-ton air conditioner.

Working of Hydraulic Technology

  • A hydraulic lift works on Pascal’s principle of fluid mechanics. The key players in this mechanism are two pistons, hydraulic fluid, and the lift car.
  • The pressure generated from the small piston via the hydraulic fluid is transmitted to a larger area thereby generating a larger force.
  • This force is used to lift heavy objects placed on the larger piston.
  • It is a tried and tested technology as it has been in use for the past two centuries and has only gotten better with advancements in technology.
  • Hydraulic lifts are well-known for their load-bearing capacity and space-saving nature.
  • A proven technology in use for more than 50 years, hydraulic elevators are used in buildings with under 50 feet of travel.
  • They typically have lower installation costs than other elevators and fewer moving parts, which can reduce maintenance and repair costs.
  • Hydraulic elevators use less energy while waiting, and almost no power while lowering the cab.
  • Therefore, in low-use, low-rise applications, hydraulic elevators can use less energy than other elevators.
  • Hydraulic home lifts are driven by a piston that moves in a cylinder. Since the drive system is completely housed in the elevator shaft, no machine room is required and the control system is small enough to fit into a cabinet on a wall near the elevator. For hydraulic systems with holes, the cylinder must extend to the depth of the floor corresponding to the feet of the elevator, while hydraulic systems without holes do not require a pit.
  • Total number of stops covered under Ultra300 is G+3 (4 stops ) with maximum travel upto 13.5mt /13500mm .
  • Our elevator speed is 0.3 m/s and rated load is upto 400 kg.
  • Power Consumption: 230V, single phase, 1.45kW depending on the usage

Ultra400 is manufactured with combination of galvanized metal steel and aluminum plus a toughened glass for making it transparent and long lasting.

Uncompromised Safety - Engineered With Care

  • Safety is paramount when it comes to home elevators. Safety functions are designed to provide convenience and accessibility within private residences, catering to homeowners who prioritize comfort and efficiency. From installation to regular servicing, every step is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of safety. Even though conventional hydraulic elevators are well known but each safety layer acts as a backup for the other and is meant to give you the tools to help yourself instead of depending on elevator technicians.
  • The safety layers are:
    • Our home lift has a safety gear device that is also extremely important. When the lift car exceeds the rated speed or if there is a rope breakage or slackness, the safety gear device will act to quickly stop and clamp the lift car onto the guide rails to avoid danger of the home lift operation.
    • The hydraulic home elevator motor at Alexa Apex Lift has an overflow valve, which is necessary for safety reasons when the home lift is running. The role of the overflow valve is to protect against excessive pressure during operation; it also plays a key role in the protection against over loading.
    • The installation is equipped with batteries to allow the cabin to automatically return to the lowest floor in case of blackout.
    • At Alexa Apex Lift, the home elevator is equipped with a UPS power system to ensure uninterrupted operation during a power outage. In the event of a power failure, the UPS will automatically provide power back up so the lift will keep running.
    • LOP (Landing Operating Panel) and COP (Cabin Operating Panel) has an emergency stop button that allows passengers to stop the lift car in case of emergency.
  • The home lift has an under-platform safety panel which is a very important safety device. When the home lift is going down and something blocks it, the system will automatically bring the car to a stop, preventing unexpected accidents. The lift car and electric box can be equipped with a dedicated telephone that allows users to connect for emergency communication.
  • We install a light curtain in the home elevator. Safety light curtains protect personnel from injury and machines from damage by creating a sensing screen that guards machine access points and perimeters.
  • Home lift landing doors lock to make sure that the home lift runs safely. When you run a home lift and it is moving, the landing doors are locked in place. This stops anyone from entering. When the home lift reaches the floor, the only door that can be opened is the door that matches the floor level you are on. This controlled access makes your home lift safer and stops any problems or distractions from opening the landing doors on other floors.
  • We use limit switches on all of our home lifts to allow us to find the exact floor level accurately and reliably. We also incorporate an additional limit switch at the top floor as an extra safety feature.
  • When the home lift goes to the floor, after you get off and someone else gets on, the landing door will close automatically. This allows the home lift to be much easier to operate. It also makes you feel that the door is securely closed when you need it to be.
  • Built-in emergency battery for power backup and secondary battery to support the primary one, in case of any error or emergency.
  • Small button on the power pack when pressed, the lift gently descends to the desired floor and special lift key to open the door, if any descend failure and total lift protection.
  • Emergency tapdoor on the top side outside of lift cabin to escape during emergency situation.

Hydraulic Technology Specifications

1. Industrial lift design for half the cost

Using technology comparable to commercial, the Luxury Lift Hydraulic Home Elevator  delivers the smooth and fast ride you’d have in large business buildings. And even with a small machine room required, this design is fully customizable to your needs and style preferences, right down to the handrails and fixtures.

2. A Quiet Ride

Even with a small machine room, our hydraulic elevators deliver a quiet and gentle ride every ascent and descent. Our customers are frequently amazed by how seamless the riding experience is every time.

3. Low Space and Low Maintenance

Hydraulic lifts don’t require as much overhead space, relying on a piston and pump setup rather than hoisting machinery. And don’t worry about dealing with a complicated-looking system. We offer a comprehensive standard warranty that covers service during the lifetime of your elevator.

4. Safety Enhancements

Safety remains a top priority in hydraulic lift technology, as it offers vertical mobility at an elevated height. So, innovation has been made to make sure safety is the foremost thing. The latest lifts incorporate advanced safety features such as redundant sensors, automatic rescue devices, and improved door interlock systems to prevent accidents and protect passengers.

Wheelchair Compatibility With Ultra300

Getting a wheelchair lift for your home is often a better alternative than stairlifts or ramps. Access ramps take up a lot of space and can get slippery in winter time. Stairlifts can be challenging to get on and off, especially for wheelchair users. Wheelchair elevators, on the other hand, will transport you safely seated in your wheelchair between levels. Wheelchair lifts come in a variety of configurations suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation.

A Beautiful User Interface & Experience

Our home lifts offer a near-limitless number of options that allow you to handpick every colour, texture and accessory to make your home lift truly unique, reflecting your identity in every single detail. Choose from numerous cabin styles through an extensive range of materials and colours for the cabin walls. You can choose satin and scratch-resistant steel, or textured and plain finish modern walls, or opt for the vivacity of the infinite colour schemes in the RAL range, in a game where your imagination is simplified like never before.
